求助：MSN病毒~

有种MSN病毒，一个朋友给我发了个压缩包，文件名叫做NEWphoto033.zip，说是很搞笑的照片，因为是朋友发的，没多加考虑就接受了，结果我的MSN就开始给我的好友发这个文件，弄得我都不敢上MSN了。哪位高手懂得搞定的方法？

是一个msn尾巴病毒，不停的给好友发送一个叫做NEWphoto033.zip压缩包病毒文件，好像是照片病毒
